Maui Waui! Fall 2020!!

  Paia We left CBad is Rad at 10am all packed up for 10 days in Maui - The Garden Isle! KPA visited for a day in January with Jenny - meeting her family and playing at the beach for an hour before heading to Oahu... This time we decided to visit Maui because of COVID Oahu had too many people and would be too difficult to enJOY our visit with all the restrictions. We made it to LAX in a quick 90 minutes - a drive I have done 100's of times now up the 405 to LA! We checked in at the domestic Delta gate, yet had to walk to the Bradley International terminal to catch the flights to Hawaii. It was not crowded on a Tuesday before Thanksgiving week and of course, the COVID global pandemic had reduced global travel by 80% or more. Patty finally agreed to go after I convinced her Hawaii was the safest place to be in the US - possibly the world right now. With mandatory NAAT COVID testing for anyone entering The Islands - COIVD rates are some of the lowest in the world. So we made it to Maui

Another day of Veeda!!! Sun is shining, getting work done & most importantly Patty & Ashby will be here today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Healthy, wealthy and happy most of the time... Duane & me are rebuilding the pool corner wall which is rotted from decades of moisture. Then Bill will come over and put in a new liner and we will have a new and improved pool with less worries and more fun! Looking forward to getting another vacation rental for Casas del Sol. Papi will see this great opportunity to build wealth and help us! We are still gettting so many inquiries and Casa del Sol is booked all summer! Looking forward to a prosperous year for Kervin, Patty & Ashby! Also our familes, friends, neighbors, communities, countries & el Mundo... Danke! Gracias!! Thank you!!! 41! The Best is yet to come!!!

I just turned 41! Wow what a milestone, 41 years ago I came into this amazing world in Madison!! What a great place to be born and grow up...surrounded by family, friends and community I was very fortunate! Now I have my own family and we are also very fortunate to have so much love and passion in our lives. As I pursue my passion for design of homes and products and Patty pursues here passion for helping girls through skateboarding we are making the world a better place! Ashby has been so much fun! He laughs and plays every day, we get to play under the covers, chase me, and every other game he comes up with. The co-op is going great for him, we are meeting interesting people and he has good friends. Mami visited for a month, she stayed with us in Carlsbad and Fullerton and then spent two weeks in Belmont Shores across from the canal. It was very nice, we got to spend a lot of time there and it would be a great place to live! Reminded me of the midwest with all the still water - c

Exciting Week!

Aloha Familia, Amigos & el Mundo! Another wonderful week in SoCal. We got to enJoy the great weather, learn some new things and have fun! Ashby is growing and learning every day. We are enJoying as much time with him as possible - A lot!! Patty was teacher today for Valentines Day and I held the Fun Day committee meeting. We are going to have a lot of FUN !!! Otherwise Casa del Sol is going very well, most of summer & spring are already full and Mami is enJoying her stay down there as I type! Otherwise we had a great meeting with Joke & Baggio in Studio City. We are moving the casting to the next level with a destination casting in Portland, OR. We need to get the money together and GO for it NOW!!!!!!!!!!

January 2012 Almost Over...

Aloha February 2012! We have been off to a great start to 2012!! Patty & I have been eating well, moving our bodies and both of us did Hot Yoga for the first time in a loooong time!!! Ashby is enJoying the Co-Op Pre-School in Fullerton. We are able to spend 90% of the time with him which is great for him at this age! Otherwise we are working on bringing in more income - Kervin with Casa del Sol, Back Veeda & Casas del Sol. Otherwise looking for a $100,000+ engineering/design/business job opportunity. Patty is continuing AGSJ licensing opportunities - Bruce, Vans, PacSun and the TV Show. Also has a great opportunity to consult for X Games Energy Drink!! They need help with PR and Harry is impressed with what Patty has done with AGSJ. We are finishing up the consulting proposal ASAP!   Patty & Kervin began the year at the Rose Bowl, first with Ashby viewing the flower covered parade

Goodbye 2011...Hello 2012!!!

Another wonderful year of Veeda! Highlights included Ashby turning 3, eJoying his first trip to Wisconsin and a fun filled month of Christmas celebrations! Also watching him play with kids at pre-school and learning new things is great to see! Otherwise it was great when Patty and I spent some quality time alone together. Rekindling our romance which brought us together in the first place! If only for a few hours we got to have fun and fall in love again... Otherwise looking forward to a wonderful 2012!!! Filled with Veeda, Properity, Health, Love and Success!!!

Another Wonderful Week in Paradise!

Another wonderful day and week in Carlsbad Village by the Sea! It is a blessing we get to come visit our Casa del Sol when it is empty between vacation guests. Between the cozy inside, tropical yard, pool, spa and location near the Village and beach it is a wonderful place to enJoy coastal SoCal! Ashby got to play with Blakey & Brandon today. Blake is staying over right now for this first time! They are having fun playing and watching movies on Netflix. I am writing in the living room in front of the fire and Christmas tree...
